By 2004, the Lexus ES was being offered with a 3.3 liter engine that produced 225 horsepower. Lexus also introduced the ES330 Sport Design. This model offered new wheels, new suspension, and interior upgrades. The 2006 ES uses an aluminum 3.5 liter 2GR-FE V6 engine that produces 272 horsepower.
